We've had the paid plan for a year or so and pleased with it. Judgeme has good functionality that's ALL included for a reasonable monthly fee - unlike some other review sites that charge a fortune to unlock widgets and options... Additionally, when we've had to contact support it's been quick (minutes if that usually to open a chat) and helpful.
