I reached out for help with some widget issues, and was very positively suprised by the quick and helpful assistance I got. Especially concidering I´m on the free plan. Would deifinitely recommend this app! And a big shout out to Carlos for the customer service and quick fixes.

Their support has been fantastic! It is available 24/7, very prompt and able to solve all my needs - from design to backend verification! After trying so many apps, this is the only one that is able to meet all my needs!

Got the best onboarding and support from Soufiane. Never had this kind of service from a service so definitely a big recommendation to work with judge.me.

So far, the app is working as it should. I have needed customer service assistance once, and Abderrahman was very helpful and quick to get what I needed done.

A very good app which works natively with Shopify, and when I had an issue Abderrahman the support representative was very good, very fast and fixed my issues easily

I had a great experience using the Judge.me app, thanks in large part to Mohamed's excellent support. He was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining everything I needed to know. I would definitely recommend both Mohamed and the Judge.me app.
