The app is imtuitive and helps a lot in getting reviews from customers. I had some technical challenges here and there, but the team has always been super helpful and sypported me wih settigns and custom codes where needed

Great app! It would be awesome if the google review integration and integration with other review platforms like yotpo, was part of the free plan though.

It's a very useful app to collect reviews. Wish free plan included a few more options. If there is any issue in any feature or setting of the app, it's always fixed quickly. You can request for more features and the team reviews and helps accordingly. Highly recommended.

Great Flexibility and the Support is phenomenal. But there needs to be more flexibility in the email editor of the review request emails.

Excellent customer support via the chat feature, but app itself is very confusing- the widgets need to be clearer as to what information they display

I went through the online store and had to have the men's swimsuit with the green background and a patch of mushrooms. When I went to the river, I had others tell me they liked my swimsuit and where I got them. You know I pass on the website.

It can take a minute to familiarize yourself, and the rules are very stringent with syncing but overall it is a good app for the money.

Nice app that does what it should with no big troubles. Even for multilanguage use. Im just sad of one thing. If you have free plan, you cant change way of showing customer name. You can hide it, or you can show it in full. Very bad for gdrp complain and perhaps other privacy reasons. Here in EU we cant show our names everywhere without consent. And pay 15 dollars just for that? Meh. That should be basic setting, not some higher version paid bonus. Anyway I solve it somehow in code.
