very helpful & quick to respond.
Judge.me is a great review app with excellent features and very responsive support. One feature we would really like to see is stronger support for store-level reputation and business information in Google search. It would be very helpful if merchants could provide more verified store information, such as store rating, review count, customer service details, shipping information, and other trust signals, in a way that can be properly understood by Google. We would also love more control over store-level structured data and SEO settings, rather than focusing mainly on individual product reviews. More customization options for the Judge.me Reviews Site and store profile would also be very useful. Overall, we are very happy with Judge.me and would love to see more features around Google SEO, store reputation, and structured data.

Hard to cancel, very expensive
We're sorry that your experience with Judge.me left you feeling that the app was difficult to cancel and too expensive, especially after having used it for several years. We reached out to better understand what made the cancellation process difficult, as we couldn't find a previous support conversation about this issue. We also spoke briefly by phone and learned that you had closed your Shopify store and subsequently uninstalled Judge.me. We genuinely appreciate the years you spent with Judge.me and are sorry that your final experience with us was a frustrating one.
