Awful support and constant technical issues. We've been using Judge.me for 3 years across 7 of our Shopify stores, but enough is enough. They misled us into their paid plan with promises of collated reviews across our global stores. Now, they claim a 'technical glitch' is preventing reviews from our Indian store (teacurry.com) from showing on our international store (teacurry.us). It’s been three days of major sales losses, and they remain completely indifferent to our situation. With no solution in sight, we're forced to switch to another review app. Avoid using them for your store at all costs. There are plenty of other providers who won't deceive you with false promises.

Apart from a little coding issue when setting up (Thanks Brian) The app was very easy to customise to our website. There were a few settings that I would like to have changed but I needed to be on the awesome plan. Will look at that in the future.
