A fantastic App! I was forced to switch apps after the CRM I was using deleted the review feature.

Judge.me has been one of the most valuable additions to my Shopify store. The setup was quick, the widgets look clean and professional, and the automation has saved me hours every week. Being a skincare brand, reviews are a huge brand asset to me and always have been. I really love Judge.Me... especially after years with Yotpo (booo.) Switching platforms last year was very quick and easy. I've found integration with my other tools to be simple (Shopify of course, Meta, Appstle Loyalty and Klaviyo), I love the SEO power it gives me, I love the way the interface looks and the variety of ways to use reviews on my site, and my customers find it easy to use. But best of all is the customer support!! Their Ai agent Fin is good, but when he (it?) gets stuck, human help is quick to respond! Marina helped me through some random glitch (she actually just fixed it for me from her end), and got my Meta integration running smoothly again within a few minutes!

New to the app, but off to great start! Had a few setup issues, and then Soulaimane from support helped fix them quickly and efficiently. It's only a beginning but I'm hopeful Judge.me will be valuable long-term solution for our store.
