Seems to be a very reliable product to use. We've had a minor glitch when first testing the product. But they were very quick to respond back on the chat line to fix the issue right away.. We haven't gone online yet, but we are very much looking forward of using this product to help our sales. Thank you

I had another review app before and ended up switcching to Judge.me. It has been a really good experience. I just had an issue with a particular widget showing up how i wanted. They took the time to understand what i needed and did real time troubleshooting to fix it in the background and get what i needed done! That's the kinda service I can appreciate - no lengthy tickets that never get resolved.

Loved the help I received when I couldn't figure something out. Turns out it was easy and it was explained well. I also am thoroughly enjoying the additional integrations they have.

When I gave her the first bite of 4 Ever Pantry 1 ingredient beef heart, she perked right up and sweetly asked for as many as I could offer. We’ve had a great experience with Judge.me. It’s been reliable with no issues, and it’s helped us collect additional reviews outside of Google. The app also integrates smoothly with rich snippets, which has worked perfectly for boosting our visibility. Highly recommend!
