Incredible customer service in getting the app working on my shopify store

great app

Nutze es erst seit ein paar Wochen aber bin schon total happy mit all den Funktionen und wie die App aufgebaut ist.

I've been using the free plan and it's great. The customer service is also amazing! Jess was super helpful and kind.

Ha ayudado a mi tienda TeamMate a ser mas confiable para las personas interesadas en sus productos. Ha ayudado a aumentar la confianza y por tanto las ventas.

I recently got this app because I’m new to it, and Felix was very helpful. He made my work quick and easy to complete. He is the best, very helpful and patient as well. I’m beyond grateful for all his help. Thank you so much, Felix!!!

I wish I reached out sooner. Marina was super helpful. I tried troubleshooting my issue for over an hour. She was extremely friendly, solve my issue, and answered my questions. As someone who works in tech, I appreciate this kind of support. THANK YOU MARINA!

Marina was very helpful in walking me through the process of putting in another widget to see my reviews where I want them. This is a great app.

Sebastian, Was great he helped me with what I needed, and fast response time.

Sebastian went well beyond the usual support script on a tricky structured-data issue. Our product pages were still serving aggregateRating microdata after we disabled SEO Rich Snippets, which Google flagged as an error. He escalated it, worked out that the setting only applies to newly generated widget HTML, regenerated a test product to prove it, and then ran it across the catalog. Patient, responsive, and he actually dug into the page source rather than pointing at a help doc. Much appreciated.

Responded quickly to my question. Had answer to my question.

fast reply from AI agent and real support agents as well, and the AI agent can do more than you think. Honestly AI is getting better too!!!

The app is great and their service team is super helpful!

Merci à Lorenzo pour son aide rapide et efficace ! Toujours satisfaite de Judge.me. Je recommande.

Abraao is a legend. Went away and beyond to help me navigate and set up my interface.
