Their System is pretty easy to use for a beginner. Still learning things but I've enjoyed it so far!

Judge.me works well for us — reviews, stars, and widgets are easy to use and support is fast. The one issue is speed: the core script loads on every page, and the homepage widgets add extra JS, which can slow first load and cause layout shift until we lazy-load them. Happy with the product overall; just wish the default load was lighter.

I tried so many other review apps and they were all very expensive for the basic tiers and didn't really offer much at all. Judgeme has been amazing so far + the customer support is superb! I had a question about adding the star reviews to the collection pages and Hamza was super helpful and added the code for me, and even removed the old coding from an older review app that I couldn't locate myself! If I could give 50 stars, I would. :)

Great support experience. Lorenzo was very helpful and took the time to investigate the multilingual issue on my Shopify store. The problem was successfully resolved, and the Judge.me widget is now working correctly in the different languages of my store. Thank you very much for your help and patience

I have been completely happy with the reviews I receive through Judge.me. Easy to navigate and use. I used this on BigCommerce and continued when I migrated to Shopify. The migration was simple .
