The app is decent. But some features need to be placed in a structured way in the app like templates and custom forms should be placed at the same place.

Great features. Loves of different levels - basic/free to more options/paid. Just a little confusing and involved. I'd need to carve out some time to implement it all. BUT the customer service team is great and helped do lots of that so I can focus on my products.

Everything comes quite intuitively, but appreciate a re-org on the menus. Slightly fragmented and not easy to find all the settings. Waiting to confirm if it will improve SEOs, but I believe adding reviews should help the store's organic performance.

Very fair pricing for these amount of features. :) Only missing feature: Include reviews from multiple products in another product (but not the other way around). Case: Bundle products.

I would definitely recommend this app to anyone, as its a quick way to share customer views about a product. It's a bit tricky to configure, especially if you have a customozed theme, but the app support team is very willing and able to help round the clock. Thanks for all the help,Brian!

Application très bien faite, facile a utiliser et à paramétrer. La personnalisation de l'email est assez facile mais pas assez poussée pour l'adapter à la charte. Le service support client est très réactif et nous accompagne parfaitement dans la résolution de nos problèmes.
