Our team is really enjoying Judge.me reviews. It's definitely worth it to upgrade so that you have more control about the user experience and any other adjustments. But over all else, their customer service is great and fast. We had a review go up under another product, and within 5 minutes, their team had it fixed and moved to the correct product. Thank you!

I like the program and I'm running the free version for now. I did have one problem though: My shops language is in Finnish and when I reply to my customer reviews, they get an automatic reply and my answer translates to Estonian. This is very frustrating, so I contacted judge.me team and they helped me to solve the problem quickly.
