Als bei uns der Editor einer E-Mail-Vorlage aufgrund eines technischen Fehlers nicht richtig funktionierte, hat Martin unser Anliegen sofort ernst genommen, den Fehler gründlich untersucht und als Problem aufseiten von Judge.me identifiziert. Er hat den Fall direkt an das technische Team weitergeleitet und unsere gewünschte deutsche E-Mail-Vorlage sogar persönlich für uns eingerichtet, damit wir ohne weitere Verzögerung weiterarbeiten konnten.
