I’d like to sincerely thank Marina for her kind and professional support today. The AI assistant was unfortunately unable to resolve my issue, but Marina took the time to carefully investigate and assist me throughout the process. I’ve noticed an issue where the Judge.me app sometimes displays the customer’s email name on reviews instead of the name entered in the “What name to show on your review” field, even when customers provide their preferred real name correctly. I truly appreciate Marina’s patience, understanding, and help in looking into this matter.
