Honestly, wasn't expecting much after a disappointing experience with the AI bot... But Abderrahim was absolutely perfect. Answered all my questions with patience and clarity, and helped me setting up just the way I wanted. Thank you !

I was needing to customise my review carousel and the emails. as well as do the rerouting of the domain. All out of my comfort zone, but Felix and Brian were amazing. they not only helped me, went in and fixed stuff, but made suggestions to make it better. I'm still going to be fixing things for a few days, but good to know that there are not just bots, but people who acutally like their job and are very good at it willing to go above to help tech challenged people like me.

Their customer service is super responsive and helpful! They fixed my issue very fast. I was honestly shocked :P And the app itself is very easy to set up and has amazing features. I'd highly recommend it if you're looking to add reviews to your site.

Felix went above and beyond. He suggested adding the star rating widget to our collection pages in addition to what we had already set up. It looks great and will assist our sales.

I had major problems installing the app I could not get it to work user error I'm afraid but I contacted the Judge Me team and they walked me through the issues I had created and I'm please to say everything is working great. Top marks to the team who helped I couldn't have done it without you, your patience and understanding is something to be praised I wold definately reccomd to anybody
