Judge.me Product Reviews App

Ron was excellent. He quickly identified that my storefront is a custom site outside of Shopify, explained why the standard widget install wouldn't work, and pointed me to the exact guide for platform-independent widgets. He also reverted my Review Widget to the Legacy version on his end so everything would be compatible. Fast, knowledgeable, and got me unblocked in one conversation. Great support.

Really liking Judge.me so far. It has a lot of useful features, and I especially like how customizable the review widget is. There are plenty of options to set things up the way you want. I did face an issue while trying to show the review widget even though I had added it correctly, but Ron from the support team was really helpful and got the issue fixed for me. The support team is also very active and quick to respond. Overall, a great experience with Judge.me!
