Die App tut was es soll, alles funktioniert und wenn mal ein sonder Wunsch besteht, wird dieser im Support gelöst. Einzig und alleine die nervigen auflobenden Werbungen sind sehr störend. Daher in ein Stern weniger.

Great tool, practical. Review page needs improvment as we had to build our own instead, but everything else works great.

Der var nogle problemer med knappen til at skrive et review. Deres support chat brugte en ai der ikke kunne hjælpe, men da jeg kom frem til en menneskelig agent blev problemet løst hurtigt

The app is imtuitive and helps a lot in getting reviews from customers. I had some technical challenges here and there, but the team has always been super helpful and sypported me wih settigns and custom codes where needed

Great app! It would be awesome if the google review integration and integration with other review platforms like yotpo, was part of the free plan though.
