I tried quite a few apps before I settled on Judge.me. Starting out I was facing a few challenges and I reached out to CS for help. From the very beginning Mohamed was very polite and courteous. Offering to help even before I had to ask. He patiently sat through all the changes I wanted to make and everything turned out perfectly! Thank you Mohamed. You deserve a raise. Doing a fantastic job for Judge.me. It makes using the all the better.

Had a problem and Ron fixed it within minutes. He even optimized different areas on my store for me. Thats the best customer support ever! Highly recommend!!

From the AI extensive steps in research and instructions and questions that I asked for all the way to the one on one human help everything was 100% on target perfect quick and absolutely helpful I was able to do some of the most difficult things with importing reviews and review photos from another platform that I absolutely would not have been able to do on my own if not for the help I received today!
