Fin was a very helpful agent and made us feel very comfortable about working with Judge.Me support. Judge.Me is secure, which means reviews need to go through authorized channels to be verified. I was worried at first that this would slow our business down. But Judge.Me support is fast! The product is good and any difficulties can sometimes be worked out in less than 15 minutes, truthfully they're that responsive.

Judge.me’s support deserves every one of these five stars! Faissal responded quickly and helped move a customer’s video review from the wrong listing to the correct product. He also explained how to resolve an email mismatch for purchase verification and pointed me toward the right carousel to display video reviews on my homepage. As a small business owner doing everything myself, fast support that actually helps me get things DONE means so much. Quick and helpful support as always.
