The Support Staff are great and very helpful. They are knowledgeable and get really hands on when you need it which We can appreciate. The UGC Widget is a personal favorite of ours. This app has helped build trust between us and our customer's which is invaluable to our success as as brand. We highly recommend giving the Judge.me app a try.

Abderrahman was unreal. Not going to lie I was putting off this task as I thought it was going to take ages (based off of experiences with other apps not yours) but my God he sorted it out in minutes!

I was told by Judge.me support that they will not fix a serious accessibility error using WCAG 2.2 AA standards. I persisted and they persisted. Eventually we were able to fix the problem after 2 hours... The problem was the app had not been updated. There was no indication from my side that the widget was out date. Once, the widget was updated. It was easy for me to fix the accessibility issues of contrast

I know we now live in a world where we don't talk by phone anymore. I hate that phone assistance is no longer available. So I will never offer a 5 star until the day phone assistance comes back. But over all the assistance was helpful both of the male assistants were kind and helpful and they stayed with me until the problem was resolved. The last young man offered a video that helped me tremendously. I would suggest you make a video for very problem imaginable for all of us visual learners. Thank you

It's complex, but I was able to get on chat with customer service. Ron quickly identified some key settings that were messing up my configuration. I'm now back on track and looking forward to more reviews.

At this point, I can only answer as honest as possible. Judge.me appears to be great however I haven’t used it long enough for my best overall opinion. I have currently given a 4 star rating because nothing is perfect. I need to have the time to get accustomed to it and see what differences it makes by using it. I’m sure there will be other reviews down the road that I will have a better response to. I can say the customer service is top tier and that in itself is wonderful.

I love how easy it is to use overall, and the fact that there's so much that can be done even in the free version! The only reason I took off one star is because it's been quite slow to low when I went through and customized everything. I had to hit refresh quite a bit to get certain setup pages to actually load properly. But it all worked out and I'm very happy!
