Starker Support, schnell und hilfreich, sowohl beim Antworten als auch beim Ausführen. Viele Features zur Auswahl für alle möglichen Bewertungen und Widgets und sogar die Option von Back-Linking ab 10 Bewertungen. Sehr zu empfehlen! Besonders für kleinere Shops, da kostenlos bis monatl. Bewertungsgrenze erreicht ist. Am besten ist das eingebaute Feature, dass eine Bewertungsemail an Kunden nach X Tagen geschickt wird. Dort kann man auch Datenschutz-konform ankreuzen, dass die Kunden erst den Newsletter abonniert haben müssen. Optimal für den DACH-Raum daher. Alles in Allem sehr gut. Gibt nichts zu meckern.
