Had a great experience getting the app set up and customized to our store with the help of Nouhaila who was knowledgeable, attentive, and quick to answer my questions as well as offer suggestions and solutions to my inquiry. If she is any example of the level of customer service Judge.me offers, then we are in excellent hands. Thank you!

Rapidez y eficacia. La duda que tenía me lo han resuelto a la primera sin esperar. Hakima ha sido la persona que me atendió y fue super atenta. A pesar de escribirle en español y me contestara en inglés, que lo he ido traduciendo, no he tenido ningún problema. Recomendable 100%.

While I was still installing and starting to configure the app, a friendly service rep named Jess proactively reached out with an offer to add my Reviews widget to my product pages. She did so, and while I had her she helped me work out an issue with importing from my old site. What a wonderful first impression of the app and their support team!
