Très complexe, des paramètre partout. La partie vérification d'avis n'est pas en français

Nous comprenons que l’interface puisse sembler complexe au départ, et nous travaillons activement à la rendre plus intuitive. Concernant la page de vérification d’avis, nous avons bien pris en compte votre remarque et nous travaillons activement pour qu’elle soit bientôt disponible en plusieurs langues, y compris le français..

App is great, but time to add WhatsApp! Emails opens ae declining everyday making the app less valuable... :(

We hear you, WhatsApp is a highly requested channel, and while our App doesn’t send review requests directly via WhatsApp yet, we do integrate with a few apps that can help make this possible. Well, it took a support person to set up my carousel, I couldn't even alter the colors ect. myself. That is a shame. But the support was quick and it was solved easily.

The process of importing Etsy reviews using their JSON file was quite time-consuming, as each file contained 2,000 reviews with no option to reduce the number of reviews per file. We also encountered difficulties in efficiently importing the reviews and assigning them to the corresponding products. The process required me to keep the page open throughout the import and assignment steps. If the page was accidentally closed or refreshed, I had to restart the entire process from the beginning which was quite frustrating.

A support that answers basic questions well. Corrections for more complex requests required a lot of frustrating back and forth. I keep the app for store reviews (paid option). Reviews are well managed. The rest of the functions (coupons, sponsorship... are too basic or even useless). Overall disappointed for such a well-known application.

SaaS always feels like a scam, but hey, the investors always get paid. The app is a solid 3 of 5, up from my previous 1 star review. Provide more value.

Little complicated to erase the test review but nice

Overall the styling of this app is pretty old, it looks like it's been created in the 2010s. If you want to have it look modern prepare for some serious CSS rewriting and even JS hacking. The support is good, but it just seems like the architecture behind this was bad from the start and everything custom needs a workaround. The translation part is pretty bad, I've got a store in both english and romanian and the translation just doesn't sound romanian. There is no way to adjust the translated texts in the review widget, you have to either accept the default translation or write custom JavaScript to intercept those texts and change them in the page. Doing that causes a flicker where you see the initial text first, then the it quickly changes to your text. You just need to hope the client doesn't notice. The multi-language review emails allow translation, but you can only set change the text. The product title, which is outside your control, stays in the language set in the admin(EN in my case). So you end up with an email in romanian with products titles in english. There is currently no way to change this at this point. This app is just not made for stores that use more than one language at the same time. Found all this after spending about 3 weeks of my extra time customizing it.

For the product titles in the review request emails, while we have had this on our radar, we haven't yet found the best way to make this happen. We'll continue researching this subject and keep you updated with the progress. If you have any other suggestions, we're all ears!

Buena app, pero necesita de asistencia para dejar todo funcionando. en ese sentido, el set up es poco amigable.
