Suggestions: Sometimes customers write reviews with a different email than the one used at time of purchase, in these cases, verified badges should be attached through customer name. Equally, customers make typos in their names and emails when writing reviews; In these cases, we should be able to attach the banner by manually associating the customer's review to their purchase. Thanks!

使いやすいです。たくさんのレビューが集まります。 お客様が本名で間違えて投稿してしまうことが多く、匿名への変更を依頼されることがよくあるのですが、欲を言うと匿名への変更が管理側でもできるようになると有難いです。

Fast customer service, they replied very quickly via AI chatbot but then the human agent was very quick and solved my problem for me within 2 hours of emailing them. Thanks!

Has most of required review functionality. The support team helped me create a workaround for when the Reviews Widget default collects shop reviews. As I was prioritising product reviews over shop reviews (single SKU store)

So far so good! The basic/free version is all I need right now but I can already see how I'll be wanting to upgrade to the 'awesome' level once we've collected more reviews :)
