support took their time and actually guided me through different obstacles. I may have encountered. They walk me through Edits and helped me along the way. I still need to play around with the app to see if there’s a way to change layouts which I’m sure there is I just need to spend some time on it.

I struggled getting my issue fixed working with their AI support, but when I got past that to a real person they fixed my issue very quickly.

We had trouble with the "first line" customer support who gave us incorrect information. But after leaving a review the app developers reached out and helped us to resolve our problem.

I like this app a lot, and have recommended it to others. The reason for the 4 out of 5 stars is it significantly impacts TTI and TBT performance, and I've had to do a lot of work on the backend to defer it appropriately so my website loads quickly. The branding and customizations have also had me off hunting for settings when one widget points to another widget which isn't controlled in the widget you're working on. And sometimes colors are tied to things you don't want them to be tied to. Overall really good though. Those are truly my only issues.

I'm having problems with low numbers of reviews so reached out for some direction. Was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I got a response and to be connected with a real person. I have been given some pointers and after addressing I hope so see the reviews flooding in!

App is very best . I like the chatbot of this app because the chatbot of this app is very friendly , it can help to change the styling all the thinks .
