There are some things I don't like about the app, however my experience with customer service has been great! Lorenzo was super helpful and answered my question quickly.

The AI bot wasn't helpful, but once I got to a live person Binh, he was very helpful.

Once I got connected to a human agent, my questions were answered. I would have given a 5 star review if I didn't have to talk to a bot first. The bot was frustrating.

Been using Judge me for over a year now, and overall it's a good experience with the staff mostly being able to answer most of the questions and resolve most of the issues you have.
