So far, So Good. Faced a minor issue before my first review. But it was handled by the support team very promptly. Highly Recommended.

Sebastian was patient and clearly explained how the AI summary works, how to remove it without affecting my reviews, and the differences between the paid and free plans. I appreciated his support. My concern remains that the AI service sentiment doesn’t account for merchant replies or how a complaint was resolved.

The human (person with blood in his veins) was great! His name is Martin. Just wish the app plan I'm on had more features.

Efficient. Didn't need to explain too much!

“Perfect for home workouts!” I wanted something simple for working out at home, and FlexFit has been really convenient. It doesn't take up much space and I can use it for different exercises. Ananya R.

Van in support is great, but the app is very complex and labor-intensive. As a small business, that's exactly the kind of thing to hand off to AI (though we would never use AI for creative tasks), but Judge.me doesn't work with Claude Chrome browser control and the API is read only, so we end up using only about half the functionality we'd like. Not sure how long we can stay with it if they don't update soon.

Sometimes Bad UX, started to use AI Chat Bots for help which is anyoing. Humans helped!
