He quickly identified that my storefront is a custom site outside of Shopify, explained why the standard widget install wouldn't work, and pointed me to the exact guide for platform-independent widgets. He also reverted my Review Widget to the Legacy version on his end so everything would be compatible. Fast, knowledgeable, and got me unblocked in one conversation. Great support.
