I had some existing shopify review app issues and changed to Judge.me review app. Was a little confused on how to navigate and delete the existing review apps and blocks on my store. I have been very happy with this app! Setup is easy, and options are flexible. So far, I am on the free plan and loving it. I also love that it is a built-in option to offer feedback to the AI assistant for any improvements or features in the app. It says a lot about a developer who actively asks and is willing to make it so easy to listen to their customers.
Super good and helpful support; I love this app and use it for several of my webshops.
