Fantastic app, i originally had the free version but now am paying so i can have my google reviews ported across. Team is always so friendly and ready to help. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a review app.

I upgraded to a paid plan as was having a few issues. Support desk was amazing. Binh answered all my questions and made it super easy to implement onto my Shopify site. Highly recommend.

We’ve just started using Judge.me and overall it has some really solid features. Importing reviews was straightforward and the display widgets look good on our store. The ability to automate review requests and offer discounts is a big plus. That said, we’ve run into a few bugs and quirks that make it feel a little rough around the edges at times. Some settings don’t update right away, and the interface can be a bit confusing until you get used to it. Nothing deal-breaking, but it does need more polish. The big positive is their chat support- it’s excellent. Every time we’ve had an issue, their support team has been quick to help and walk us through fixes, which makes the bugs much easier to deal with. So far it does what we need, and with their support I’m confident it’ll keep improving.

We moved from another app that we loved but was too expensive. Judge.me was a little tricky to transfer over as we needed to move all our reviews but we worked it out and support has been very helpful from their end. Thanks!

I am very satisfied with the Judge.me app! It was easy to set up, it fits perfectly with the Debutify theme, and all the features work flawlessly. I especially want to highlight the support team: they responded extremely quickly to my issue and helped me solve the problem right away. It feels great to have such a supportive team behind me. I can only recommend it to everyone!

We have been loving this app since we installed it. Great customizable options and a VERY helpful staff whenever something isn't working right or needs to be customized beyond the basic settings in the app. Really cool to have a way to easily collect, display, and scale your reviews for a very decent price. Kudos to these guys being one of the only apps I haven't wanted to delete from my store for inconvenient reasons. Thank you Judge.me!

I'm a shopify newbie and completely butchered my website (while live) and somehow ended up with double rows of ratings on each product. Daniel was quick to respond and quick to fix the issue. So grateful and glad Judge.me is so amazing to work with!
