Tasnim was very patient, kind, understanding and very helpful. Eventually I was able to add him as a collaborator and he was to remedy this issue right away. Easy, peasy!

Omgeee I was having a hard time trying to get my review to show. I reached out and immediately received assistance. The first person who knew my issue was out of their hands transferred me to Binh. Binh's amazing. Binh helped w| everything from adding the widgets to the correct places, transferring my reviews to the right spots and keeping me informed on what accessibility I have without having to upgrade. [Which I will when I start getting sales]. But thank you so much!! I am relieved and extremely happy!! I will stay using this reviews app & will brag about the service to everyone I know who owns a store. Thank you again!
