I’m genuinely impressed with the level of professionalism and patience from the Judge.me support team. They carefully investigated my issue step by step, ruling out multiple possible causes one by one instead of rushing to a conclusion. What really surprised me was that they found a way to fix the problem from the app level, completely bypassing the conflict caused by my theme — without touching or modifying any of my theme code. This shows not only deep technical skill but also a lot of respect for the merchant’s store setup. Their attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole experience outstanding. Honestly just as good as the apps charging hundreds of dollars for the same exact features. Judge.me has been awesome coming over from Loox. I have everything I need and I'm paying way way less. Loox didn't get me any more/better reviews than what Judge.me is getting.
