Judge.me Product Reviews App

I had some technical issues that I was un able to resolve thought the Judge.me app interface with Shopify...I contacted them through chat, worked with the AI bot first, when I had exhausted that avenue, I requested a live person chat, it was immediate and the experience was excellent and I was able to resolve all of my issues and concerns. I highly recommend this company. Their reviews and verified reviews system is great for customer satisfaction and trust. Also, I dealt with a live agent named Yassine, and that individual was superb!

Needed something done and the team at Judge.Me helped me out incredibly fast!

Great support. Very responsive, understanding and helpful.

perfect

Thanks to Mohamed for his help and patience !

A fantastic experience. Helped with a few integration problems and even helped improve the design of how it looked in my store. Highly reccomended.

FIN is a Rock Star. I love working with FIN. Talented, Patient, Super Knowledgeable about my situation, a teacher and a guide, understood that I'm not familiar with this issue and walked me slowly through and to a resolution. Judge.me needs to have every representative as well-rounded as FIN.

Customer service was brilliant. Yassine helped with my widget problem without any fuss and got it sorted for me without me having to do anything other than give them permissions. Brilliant.

Easy to set up, with lots of customization options. I really like how clean and professional the review widget looks on my store. Great app so far! recommended!
