Judge.me has been a great addition to our store. Since we started using it, we’ve seen a noticeable increase in the number of reviews we receive from customers. Their customer support is also great. The AI support responds quickly, understands what you’re trying to accomplish, and walks you through solutions just like you’d expect from a human agent. Very happy with the platform and the support. Definitely 5 stars!

Bonjour, Application excellente et service client au top ! Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour leurs compétences et leur professionnalisme. L'application fonctionne parfaitement, mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c'est la qualité du support : le service client est ultra-réactif, à l'écoute et a su m'aider très rapidement à régler mon problème. C'est très rassurant en tant que marchand d'avoir un accompagnement aussi efficace. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Unable to review app as of yet as issues with installing. Marina has been helping me, I'm using a vintage theme so there's a slightly different method for installing. There's quite a few steps involved so I'll have to see how it goes.. Marina was very helpful though... 5 stars for support !
