Lorenzo deserves a raise and an immediate promotion. He went above and beyond in helping me install the Judge.Me widget on my landing page. Before connecting... I was extremely flustered as I am curre.ntly running paid ads to the page we worked on and not seeing the results I anticipated. We stayed connected for nearly 45 mins via chat and he patiently and kindly made numerous requests to the layout and widget design on my landing page until I was satisfied. Not once did I sense an attitude, frustration, or anything of that nature. It was a 5-star experience... great customer service at its finest. I was unfamiliar with Judge.Me as a platform but after connecting with Lorenzo I have nothing but great things to say and will be referring them to my entire network.

I needed HELP and actually received it in less than 1 minute with the correct information. Customer Service is not dead...at least not here. I'm so impressed!

Such a great app . and the customer support is amazing ! I couldn't do so many things and they just did it for me and am on the free plan . Thank you very much

Great app. Works well, lots of widget and display options.. Just overall seamless and easy to collect reviews with. No complaints.. And for the price, probably hard to beat this app, honestly. Judgeme offers as much as some of the big names at a fraction the cost. Support replies almost instantly via chat and very quick to help with whatever, so that's really appreciated and a strong positive.

Judge.me makes it super easy to get google compliant reviews. The email reminders are awesome, and support is quick to help if needed.

Its a very good app for the purpose. Support is not instant but its decent and they reach out to you and they are very helpful. I am guessing they have a large customer base so it seems acceptable at this point. Its easy to use app with many features, and free plan is already a bunch. If I would need additional features, I would not hesitate to upgrade. Kima helped me solve my issue, so I guess its worth mentioning as well.
