Application très bien faite, facile a utiliser et à paramétrer. La personnalisation de l'email est assez facile mais pas assez poussée pour l'adapter à la charte. Le service support client est très réactif et nous accompagne parfaitement dans la résolution de nos problèmes.
Mixed, and I am willing to update this after I used it more often. I was off to a rocky start and that is (IMHO) the biggest weakness of this app. The tutorial and everything is made from an inside out view. Its all centered around this product. It is not designed from the perspective of a business. So it uses a lot of terminology (Judge.me-speak) that makes sense to them, not necessary to an outsider. I had a great experience with a member of the support team on chat and that helped a lot. The app is also FULL OF FUNCTIONALITY. There is lots of stuff and its very tempting to clickk here and ther and switch on all the lights- turning your shop into a bazar. Unfortunately there is little guidance on a strategic use of this tool that is most appropriate. Example: one of the first things I discovered in horror that its default is to send each customer an email asking for a review after each purchase. This may sound great to some, but for repeat buyers, this is just spamming, bordering on harassment. Luckily I found the setting BEFORE the first emails were sent... My impression after the first few days. this may change over time as I am getting more familiar with the tool and how to use it in a way tht complements MY business in the best possible way.
The app helps us out with how we can have efficient feedbacking from customers. Though new interface for upgrades should have reminders or tutorials from time to time. Update review: Another issue was encountered but totally just some confusion which needed to be cleared out and was done perfectly by Soulaimane.
The AI-powered inquiry responses are highly accurate, and many times, they help resolve any uncertainties. When I have directly asked questions via chat to a representative, I always receive prompt responses, which I greatly appreciate. I am very satisfied with the support; however, I find it a bit challenging to fully understand and utilize some of the features due to the lack of Japanese language support. I believe that adding Japanese language support would be a huge help for Japanese users! Since the app is commonly used in Japan, I would be very grateful if you could consider this.

Amo lo fácil que es poder configurarla. Lo malo es que no hay configuración en español pero el support es muy bueno. La vista de las reseñas me encantan porque se pueden ajustar al diseño de tu página . Lo que me encantaría es que apareciera una sumatoria de todos los reviews en la página de inicio para que sea más atractivo ya que solamente aparecen por producto específico.
Easy to use and very responsive.
Overall, Judge.me delivers. Some issues were persistent, but their support did not give up on getting it fixed.
日本のアプリではありませんが、他のレビューアプリから切り替えたところ、お客様からのレビュー回収率が格段に上がりました。管理画面が英語なので分かりづらい点もありますが、翻訳ソフトを併用しながらカスタマーサポートに問い合わせても丁寧に対応してもらえます。チャットから問い合わせましたが即時返信が来てとても助かりました。
I was experiencing some technical issues with the app and the agent provided me with Excellent customer service and updated my account within minutes. I truly appreciate their help and expertise. You won’t be disappointed with this app.

I'm giving it a 4 because there are options that should be free, not paid, since it doesn't have any customization options. Also, Abraão, Claudio, especially Faissal helped me with my questions, thank you!
I wish it was a little more intuitive but the support team is great at helping you navigate.
