I had the pleasure of working with Hoang, and he was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He assisted me with everything I needed and was extremely quick in his responses. I truly appreciate his support and dedication.

Overall fairly good. I jumped to the paid tier and it is working to collect since reviews. However, the medals never update correctly. Despite having 100% transparency rating, the medal often switches down to gold from platinum. Cash request it redone via chat but it's very annoying to have to do it every few reviews. The biggest issue though, is the review process. Users keep telling me they can't figure out how to leave a store review on top of the product review. The process is broken into too many steps and it confuses the user's. Also, only seems to ask for a single review per email. Would be better to have the system ask for reviews of the entire purchase in one e-mail.

Now that it works for me (thanks to Leandro's assistance), Judge.me appears to be far better than the previous app I used.

Judge.me ist eine kostenlose Alternative und bringt alles mit, was mein Shop aktuell braucht. Der Daten-Import ist anfangs etwas kompliziert (weil die Vorlage nicht mit den konkreten Anforderungen überein stimmt), aber der Support-Chat hat super geholfen!!

I would recommend this app to other business owners. It is quite user friendly and works very well. My only complaint is that it has mysteriously become disabled several times now. Luckily Leandro was able to easily walk me through how to re-enable it!

This is a great app, even the Free Plan, IF you are only selling through a website. Most of my sales are done in person via the Shopify POS app at Farmers Markets amd events. As far as I can tell there is no review request sent to clients with email addresses saved when a purchase is made theough the POS app. I would love to be able to offer the QR code review option to my in person clients, but as a VERY small business, I can not justify $15/ month for that 1 feature. Please consider offer a lower tier plan, maybe $5/ month that would allow the generation and use of the QR code feature.

Would recommend because customer services are quick and responsive. App helps us with our program features that we need.
