Excellent support from the Judge.me team. We wanted to use Shopify Shop as our only review collection platform, with Judge.me purely as the display layer on our website. The team answered our questions, configured the integration, disabled Judge.me review request emails, and helped install the widgets in our Shopify theme. Great automated support!

I had an issue where one of my reviews had never shown up on my site for some odd reason. I went on chat and customer support addressed my issue quickly and efficiently, and explained what they did to remedy the issue.
