Judge.me makes it super easy to get google compliant reviews. The email reminders are awesome, and support is quick to help if needed.

Its a very good app for the purpose. Support is not instant but its decent and they reach out to you and they are very helpful. I am guessing they have a large customer base so it seems acceptable at this point. Its easy to use app with many features, and free plan is already a bunch. If I would need additional features, I would not hesitate to upgrade. Kima helped me solve my issue, so I guess its worth mentioning as well.

The customer service agent was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. They specifically guided me through the integration between Judge.me and Klaviyo, which made everything so much easier. I truly appreciate the assistance and highly recommend their service to anyone looking for expert support!
