Judge.me Product Reviews App

Very helpful and responsive. I was worried at first when help was an email not a chat but the response was super quick and easy, almost like a chat but old school style. Problem fixed in less then 12 hours.

This is the best reviews app in the app store. It has a ton of features and their support team is always great. The interface for the app is amazing and looks great on my storefront.

We have been using Judge.me for a couple of years now and it does everything we need it too and is easy to use. We are on the awesome plan but even the free plan out of the box does alot. Very happy with the support too (thanks Brian).

I've been using this app for more than a year now and have been loving it. I hit a file upload issue today and Lorenzo from customer service solved the problem in my file in under 10 minutes. Communication was clear and efficient. Like even their chatbot is better lol, I told the bot I want to talk to human, and I got connected right away. This is such a great example of AI helping us do things (and not infuriating us every step of the way!)
