We've found this app to be easy to work with. It integrate smoothly with Shopify and gives multiple options for collecting and displaying reviews. When we recently needed support, the first level Bot, got us a good way there and then, when we hit a snag it was quickly handed off to the human who was quick to respond. I was originally hesitant/suprised to see there wasn't an in-app Chat but the email connection worked just fine. Katherine

Crazy easy to install and set up — and immediately effective! Within 30 minutes, I had Judge.me up and running and collected five reviews. Everything is now automated and the process to configure and customize the templates was highly intuitive. Can't recommend Judge.me any more. The one thing that could be better is the Amazon review import process. It requires a third-party Chrome extension to scrape reviews, and that extension has very poor reviews. Plus, reusing text from Amazon reviews violates their terms and conditions, so it's a risk. Personally, I wouldn't market that as a feature.
