The Judge.me support team responds quickly. Special thanks to Marina. About the AI: it did not help me at all, spent a while asking for details to do something I needed, then it sayed it was done, and when I checked it didn't do it, it then said only a human could. That was a big waste of time. Marina was great and quick.

Tried a few review apps, kept coming back and here to stay. Super easy to use and for $15 a month its worth its weight in gold. Saved ourselves a lot of money, using judge.me for amazon reviews and Shopify reviews was going to cost us $100 a month via eDesk. We have had so many positive reviews since switching back on. Super easy to use, great customer service (Felix was great). They just need to add eBay now and they will be winning

Felix was amazing and done more than needed which was very helpful as the AI robot was very frustrating and most apps dont have the feature to speak to a human - Thank you Felix !

Started using hte freeplan and its helpling me build social proof on the website, installing it is straight forward and easy, customizing it also.
