System not showing my response to customer review. I reached out to support, it was quickly resolved by updating the widget on their end. It would be great to have the option to update on my end.

I really like this app for reviews. I wish I had a bit more flexibility with wording and colors, but it seems if I upgrade, I'd get that. Support has been great though.

The app should make it easier to enlarge it when necessary. I was straining my eyes to see the images posted.

I was getting frustrated with this app initially, then I discovered the live chat icon which seemed hidden away on the page. Initially it said "bot" then I typed in-human support & Cassiano answered. He was an amazing help and extremely patient. I have a full copy of the transcript addressing all the issues I have been having for the last week. I went from being minutes away from deleting the app to believing that it can be a great addition to my store. Many thanks to Cassiano!

I would recommend this app because it really helps me in knowing which products my customers are really drawn to.

基本的にとても使いやすく、サポートも丁寧に対応してくださるので、大変助かっています。 一つ難点があるとすると、投稿者の名前が、名→姓の順番から変えられないので、おかしな表示になってしまう、というところぐらいでしょうか。 ここに関しては、サポートにも連絡しましたが解決しませんでした。 タイミングによっては、ロボットではなく人間のスタッフがすぐさま対応してくださることもあります。
