We’ve had the app for 3 months. During that time, 835 review request emails were sent, yet we only received 7 reviews - a conversion rate of about 0.8%. The industry average is usually in the 2–10% range, so the results are far below expectations. While support confirmed our settings are correct, their responses feel generic and dismissive, without any real effort to dig into the root of the issue or help improve performance.

We’ve been using Judge.me for a while now, and it has completely transformed our experience! Recently, we ran into some issues. But the customer support team, especially Andrew, jumped in right away and helped us resolve the problems quickly. The app itself is extremely flexible. We can adjust how reviews are displayed to match the vibe of our store, and gathering customer feedback has become easier than ever before. For any merchant worried about review apps clashing with their website, Judge.me is trustworthy. Ron was amazing! I reached out late at night expecting no reply, but he jumped in right away and helped me reinstall the app on my new theme. He even took over and handled what I couldn't do. Super helpful and patient- thankful you, Ron!
