I had some issues installing the app on my side of things and started a chat with their ai assistant and almost immediately after the assistant replied with useful information Brian came online to fix the issue I was having and explain to me a little more about how the app functioned and clarify some other things for me, very friendly and super-fast support.

Hands down the best review app for Shopify. The free plan is incredibly generous and offers features that other apps charge for. It was very easy to set up, and the widgets look professional on my product pages. Essential for building social proof!
