Good, fast customer service and responsiveness. App is very useful but the email template function can be buggy and had to rewrite it using HTML option as font size wasn't consistent. Otherwise it's great
I don't know how the app works yet but Soufiane was a great help doing the initial installation.

Customer service is fantastic, however, some features on the app feel limiting.
Great addition to my online shop. Chat support is efficient, plenty of options to customize. I only wished it was a single-digit price per month, instead of the current price.
It's helpful, a little complicated to use if you want to go deeper.

A little tricky to navigate but very powerful app. You get a lot in the free plan, but I did have to upgrade to the paid plan so that I could send review requests to past customers. That being said, the free plan is still full of enough features for a small business. Customer service is excellent, very knowledgeable and able to confidently resolve issues.
The support by Rodrigo was beyond awesome. He was very patienced and managed to implement my reuqests and features. Can only recommend the support by Judge.me. What I think is not so nice compared to other review apps is that to be able to adapt the review E-Mail sent out to customers who uses Outlook, you have to buy the paid version to change the size of the product images otherwise the E-Mail received by the customer looks horrible and you will not recieve any reviews at all from those using Outlook. Also, Judge.me doesn't offer an "All Reviews Page" in the free version that other apps offers in their free version. To me that's the two big minus I can find in the free version. As mentioned the support is really good where many other could learn a lot.
I've only just got the app on my website. Getting it installed was tricky for a while because I am not technically strong at all. I got help through the chat and was guided step by step and help was also provided through a request, so the helpdesk employee could do some steps for me. Thank you very much for your help Oualid. I am happy that customers can now leave a review
Good turnaround time on issues with the App. Recommended!
The app does the basics well, but the multi-store feature is not ideal. Their support helped us with a workaround, but their system for syncing reviews for the same products across stores is not elegant...
