If I could give 20 stars, I would! I had quite a few issues (not Judge.me fault) that I needed help with, and the customer service rep Abraão assisted with all of them. Abraão was VERY patient with me as I was new to this app. Went out of his way and out of the box with resolutions, ideas, and guidance. Out of all my years in business, I can honestly say he knocked it out of the park and is an example of what customers should expect. He is a superstar! I also had Abderrahman help with some loose ends, and he too was amazing! I was transitioning from another app that didn't give me the time of day, so this wonderfully positive experience confirms that I made the right decision in choosing Judge.me. Thank you very much for turning a very stressful situation into a happy experience!

It's great to have access to human customer support when you need it. The team was fantastic, very helpful, and knowledgeable. They even provided documentation for further assistance.

So far, this app is super easy to use and easy to customize. I had a few issues, but customer support was incredibly helpful. I see now why they have a 5.0 rating!
