I like the app. I love the way it sends out review requests and that I can give incentives for people to review products. Some of the widgets are a little too large/clunky for my preferences, but that may just be that I am not proficient at customizing them (user error). Today I utilized the chat feature and the tech on the other end was very responsive, helpful, and patient. I really appreciate that because I'm a small business owner doing all the things. When I finally have time to work on something, it's nice to have help in the moment.
