Absolutely amazing!!! Love the ease of the backend, so user friendly! The AI support helped me customize certain aspects, then both Lorenzo and Binh helped with a few more details...and SO QUICKLY!!! I really couldn't be happier, and for the Awesome plan, with all these "awesome" extras, I can't believe how affordable it is! I just don't have a bad word to say.... integrates with my Smile rewards seamlessly, looks beautiful on my site, just fabulous! After bad experiences with a few different apps, I am speaking from experience to those who are not super tech savvy: this is THE reviews app for you; and if you get stuck, no worries, support is phenomenal!!! Thank you so much for a non-stressful, beautiful experience and app

not showing in my store
Thanks for your feedback, we’re sorry your reviews aren’t showing on your store. This can sometimes happen after a theme update, as changes in theme files/settings may affect how app widgets load on the storefront. We’ve already reached out privately to help investigate and get everything displaying correctly again. If you’re able to reply with your storefront password (if any) or allow temporary theme access, our team can quickly identify what changed and restore the widgets for you.

Absolute great and fast customer service!! Unlike another review app I wanted to try (Tr...pilot who do not even respond to my emails) Judge.me is fast and offers very practical solutions to my questions.

I just added Judge.me to my store and I was nervous I made a mistake switching because my old review app looked so good with only the free plan. I contacted their team and faissal assisted me right away and now my review section looks perfect. I'm excited to try out their other features in the near future

Great customer service, I had some technical issues with the app installation and they were so fast to respond and help me resolve it. I am looking forward to using this app for my store reviews!
