Great app! Makes collecting reviews easy. Whenever I have a question or run into an issue, their support team is quick, friendly, and thorough in helping me resolve it. Soulaimane was especially wonderful—patient, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly. Highly recommend both the app and their support!

I chatted with Judge.me support to learn more about the groups option, which separates the products a clearer understanding of consumer response trends. Sounds great! As soon as I am ready for an upgrade, I will be able to adjust categorize past reviews and automate future ones.

Purtroppo nonostante l'app sia a pagamento ha due diffetti importanti: 1) Molti clienti che ricevono l'email e poi recensiscono inseriscono 1 stella al posto di 5 stelle perchè per qualche strano motivo Judme ha strutturato la valutazione al contrario! 2) Il commento nelle recensioni si bugga, infatti alcuni anzichè scrivere la rencesione applicano in automatico il nome del prodotto. Sono anni che segnalo questo all'azienda ma non hanno mai risolto nulla

Abbiamo già condiviso maggiori dettagli via email, incluso come modificare l’ordine delle stelle nel modulo di recensione via email, così da evitare confusioni nella valutazione. Per quanto riguarda il testo delle recensioni, le abbiamo proposto anche un’alternativa che permette ai clienti di lasciare le recensioni direttamente sul sito, dove possiamo garantire che titolo e commento vengano sempre inseriti correttamente. Apprezziamo davvero il tempo che ha dedicato a segnalarci questi punti e continueremo a migliorare per offrire un’esperienza sempre più affidabile e semplice.
