Outstanding customer support! 5 Stars! Not the easiest review forms for customers to fill out! 3 Stars. You do have to add TXT and CNAME files to your hosting otherwise the review emails will go to SPAM folders! Do this right after you install the app!!

Have had some issues which were fixed quite quickly. altogether, happy with the app and the team.

Great App. The support team of Judge.me is very competent and helpful. Mohamad from the support team was a great help. He resolved all my issues very professionally.

Goede app waarbij de helpdesk snel reageert. Veel mogelijkheden, maar er zitten nog kleine verbeterpunten aan de app als het gaat om winkelreviews. Ze zijn meer gericht op productreviews.

It is imperative that no emails related to customer reviews or ratings be sent to my clients. If this issue continues and emails are sent again, I will have no choice but to uninstall your app and discontinue its use. I'm giving it a '4' right now, because I've yet to use it. Haha. I got some help today from their online Chat, and that guy gets a 5.

Good app and easy to manage, sometimes slow or a bit unresponsive, assistance is quick and helpful
