Outstanding support, genuinely above and beyond I ran into a tricky issue where a review with photos and video was stuck on an orphaned product record after Printful recreated my product, which meant it never showed on the product page. Abraão didn’t just tell me it wasn’t possible. He dug into it, tried several workarounds, and when the standard tools couldn’t handle it he escalated to the team and got it sorted the same evening. On top of that, he spotted a styling issue with my dark theme and offered to walk through the widget settings with me to fix it, which wasn’t even what I came for. The app itself does everything I need on the free plan, which is already impressive, but the support is what makes it stand out. Fast, patient, and actually invested in solving the problem rather than closing the ticket. Highly recommended.
