Outstanding support. Mohamed was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my follow-up questions regarding duplicate reviews and how they affect my store's rating. He clearly explained the best course of action, confirmed that archiving the duplicate unverified review would not impact my rating, and helped me understand the moderation options available going forward. Absolutely excellent service and easy to work with
A very useful and easy-to-use review app that helps us hugely request, display, and manage our customer reviews. Their team are also very helpful when we ran into a couple of issues. All of which were sorted! Well worth using for any business.
