Patient, supportive and productive. Setting up a website is easy. Refining it and getting Google/ Meta approval and customer trust is like Everest. I appreciate Judge.me apps valued place in giving my site kudos. The settings could do with clear, easier pathways however. Binh was brilliant. Thanks

Very helpful. I asked the customer service staff about any problems I had and they answered them patiently and solved them quickly. Very good.

it's a little difficult to change the reviews, because you only can change 30 characters at once. BUT IF YOU NEED ANY HELP, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT.

Very basic free feature set. Something as simple as changing what product a review is associated with is not possible (requires reimporting reviews or contacting support ). A page show casing your reviews, not possible. Review import is basic and sometime delayed with when reviews actually post. As with most money hungry Shopify apps, the juice is not worth the squeeze.
