Would Have been 3 stars, since its not my favorite design and the customization is very limited. I would like better customization options and a not so confusing layout for finding where to customize. For some reason I had review stars with my product that I couldn't customize or remove. Then I added stars I could customize, but then I had two star ratings. My only choice was to contact support. The support was fast and effective at fixing the problem and very friendly, just because of that 4 stars.

Easy setup, and messages can also be conveniently localized into the required languages. In the store, reviews can be arranged in various ways on the website using widgets, and elements can be customized to match the brand. Customer service is helpful and responds quickly. The template editor could have more options to better align emails with brand guidelines.

Haven't used the app long enough yet. However, customer service is fantastic. Very supportive and responsive. Amazing!! Disappointment for the app so far: I tried uploading a review with a photo (test purpose), but if the image size exceeds 10MB, the review posts without the picture. There's no error message or alert, so it seems like the photo was uploaded when it actually wasn't. It would be helpful if the system prevented the review from being submitted if the photo doesn't meet the size requirements.

I only say 4 right now because I experienced a few glitches that theyre woeking on - so it wasnt a flawless experience, but the app is great and the customer service rep was super nice and helpful. hopefully my issue is resolved successfully

Good customer service, I have the free plan, then added awesome plan, I got less reviews after 6 months, so went back to the free option. Prompt customer service for sure! Tasmin provided great service today.

The support was impeccable and helped. 1 star deduction because you cannot delete the positions of the reviews (duplicate entries) yourself and you can only do this via support.
