Fantastic Product! Customer service is amazing. We came from Stamp which was a lot more expensive, so I expected less features/customer service, boy i was wrong. The product has all the features you need, customer service is 24/7 and reply straight away and help get stuff done instantly. Highly highly highly recommended. Shout out to Felix, in customer service!

I’ve been using Judge.me for a couple of years now, and I absolutely love it. The customer service is outstanding, I reached out on a Sunday and received an immediate response. Their latest update is incredibly smart and has made everything even easier to use. For just $15 a month, with all the customization and tools included, the value for money is excellent.

Had issues installing the app in the shopify store, but Judge.me support were very proactive and helpful in solving the issues.

Ich arbeite selbst mit KI und bin trotzdem noch immer kein großer Fan davon. In diesem Fall gibt es von mir 2 Sterne, weil die KI-automatische Beantworter leider keine Lösung für mein Problem finden konnte – was irgendwie logisch ist. Dafür bekommt der „echte“ Chat-Ron von mir volle 5 Sterne, denn er hat mir schnell weitergeholfen und tatsächlich eine Lösung gefunden. Danke.
