Judge.me Product Reviews App

The Judge.me app is great for small businesses. It's easy to use and the customer service team is always available - even on holidays and weekends when small business teams are usually working. Highly recommend.

Great app

The app is working extremely well for me. I did have one issue, that was my fault. I was working with some code in my Shopify account and broke Judge.me. I emailed customer support, gave them access to my Shopify store and within a day they added the correct code and brought it back to life. No reviews were lost. I am very impressed.

Great costumer service

I faced issues with stars view in my shop rating page and they fix it under 60 sec while chatting with agent.

Seems strange giving a review for a review product :). We reached out to support about a branding question we had with the free plan. Fin reached back out almost immediately, and helped us with setting up the branding for our site with the tools we had available on the free plan. Great customer service and a great product. I think this is first toll that any company needs for starting and it works for a long time. The paid plan also had the automated translations, so we do need the need to update this app for a long time.
