Easy to set up. Love the automatic set up of emails to ask for customers' reviews. Every chat was insightful into how the review system worked, and both Brian and Felix were extremely helpful in fixing the review displays both on my store and on Google Search.

We switched from Okendo because we just weren't getting enough use out of it for the cost and Judge.me has been great to work with! Customer service has been excellent, highly recommend for smaller startups!

This app has been helpful for getting reviews at the beginning of my journey. Not only can I ask a customer for a review, but I can ask someone who received a product as a gift! I have had a touch difficulty with things disappearing, but it's likely "user error". Their chat and actual help has allowed me to fix any issues with relative ease.
