Since receiving your review, we've been in direct contact with you by both email and phone to better understand the issues you encountered. Together, we've identified the main concerns around the imported review count and the review dates displayed on your storefront, and we've agreed on a plan to resolve them by reimporting the original review data with the correct formatting. We're currently waiting for the original review file and your storefront passcode so we can complete this work and verify everything is displaying correctly. We appreciate you taking the time to discuss the issue with us, and we'll continue working with you until everything is resolved.

Jess was a great help and wonderfully kind. Overall this is a good app, it would be much better if it integrated and loaded your reviews into Google Reviews.
