UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW: This is an update to 1-star review left earlier which we have now deleted. We got feedback from support that fixed what their bot was incapable of handling. Fair is fair - going now to 3 star with the promise to go higher if we find consistent support

It's been late evening when I contacted Mohamed to help with installation of of the review rating on the collection pages (our template did not allow for automatic display of the rating). He instantly helped. And actually did way more customization I was asking for. Very polite. The app also works perfectly. We are fully satisfied. We installed judge.me because the pricing was for us the best and because it has the necessary functions to import and share reviews across channels. Many thanks to the Judge.me team!
